These terms govern your use of the Already website and services. By using our services you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.
Already designs and builds websites speculatively for businesses. We present a free preview of your redesigned website. You are under no obligation to purchase, and no charges apply unless you explicitly agree to proceed.
The preview we create for you is provided free of charge with no strings attached. If you choose not to proceed, the preview will be deleted in accordance with our Zero Site Retention policy. We will never publish, reuse, or share your preview without your consent.
If you choose to proceed with your website, pricing will be confirmed in writing before any work is finalised. All fees are one-off unless you opt into a monthly plan. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice.
Once payment is received in full, you own 100% of the code and design of your website. We retain no rights to your finished site. Stock imagery, fonts, and third-party tools remain subject to their respective licences.
Already is provided "as is." We do our best to deliver high-quality work, but we cannot guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every specific expectation. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us.
You may cancel a monthly plan at any time. One-off website projects may be cancelled before final delivery for a partial refund, assessed on a case-by-case basis. Free previews can be declined at no cost whatsoever.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
